توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيف يجمع المحاسب الرقمي بياناتك الشخصية ويستخدمها ويحافظ عليها ويفصح عنها فيما يتعلق بالمعاملات التجارية وكيف يحمي المحاسب الرقمي البيانات الشخصية.

الغاية

الغرض من سياسة الخصوصية هذه هو التأكد من أنك تفهم كيف ولماذا نجمع ، وكذلك كيفية استخدامنا لبياناتك الشخصية التي قدمتها إلى تطبيق المحاسب الرقمي عند التسجيل في تطبيق المحاسب الرقمي أو باستخدام خدمتنا. تطبيق المحاسب الرقمي هو تطبيق يسمح بتسجيل حساباتك ، وتسهيل الوصول إليها ، وإصدار التقارير والسندات المطلوبة.

ما نجمعه

يشير مصطلح "جمع البيانات الشخصية" إلى جمع البيانات الشخصية التي قدمتها إلى تطبيق حساباتي وأي معلومات يمكن استخدامها لتحديد هويتك والوصول إليها أو مشاركتها مع مكتبات الجهات الخارجية الأخرى. يتضمن ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر اسمك وصورة ملفك الشخصي ورقم هاتفك وعنوان بريدك الإلكتروني وصورتك وبيانات المقاييس الحيوية وتاريخ الميلاد. لا يقوم تطبيق حساباتي بجمع أي نوع من هذه البيانات الشخصية في الوقت الحالي إلا عند طلب ميزة النسخ الاحتياطي ، يلزم الحصول على إذن للوصول إلى حساب google للسماح بنسخ البيانات احتياطيًا إلى السحابة (Drive).

في حالة استعادة النسخ الاحتياطية للبيانات والنسخ الاحتياطية ، يلزم الحصول على إذن لحساب google بالإضافة إلى إذن لقيادة الملف. يمكن للتطبيق الوصول إلى ملفات google drive المتعلقة بالتطبيق نفسه فقط بالإضافة إلى تحميل ملفات النسخ الاحتياطي إلى حساب google drive.

تتم مشاركة هذه البيانات الاحتياطية فقط مع حسابات Google الخاصة بك ولا نشاركها مع أي جهات خارجية أخرى ، لدينا أي وصول إلى هذه البيانات أو أي استخدام آخر لها.

تغييرات السياسة

قد تتغير سياستنا بمرور الوقت للامتثال للقوانين المعمول بها وكذلك ممارساتنا التجارية والوسائل الأخرى. سنخطرك قبل إجراء أي تغييرات قد تؤثر على حقوقك والتزاماتك حتى تتمكن من مراجعة التغييرات قبل أن تصبح سارية المفعول

This Privacy Policy outlines how Digital Accountant  APP collects, uses, maintains and discloses your personal data in respect of commercial transactions and how Digital Accountant app safeguards the personal data. 

Purpose

The purpose of this privacy policy is to ensure that you understand how and why we collect if any, as well as how we use your personal data which you provided to Digital Accountant app  when registering with Digital Accountant app if applicable or by using our service. Digital Accountant app is an Application that allows to record your accounts, facilitate access to them, and issue the required reports and bonds.

What we collect

“Collect Personal Data” refers to gather personal data which you have provided to Digital Accountant app and any information that can be used to identify you and gain access to it or share it to other third party libraries. This includes but is not limited to your name, your profile picture, telephone number, email address, your image, biometric data, and date of birth. Digital Accountant app it doesn't collect any kind of  these Personal Data at this time except when requesting backup feature a permission to access google account is required to allow data backup to cloud (Drive).

In the case of data backups and backups restore, permission to google account is required as well as permission to drive file is required. The app may access your google drive files related to the app itself only as well as uploading backup files to google drive account. 

These backed up data only shared with your google accounts and we don't share it with any other third parties, We don't have any access to these data or any other usage of it.

Our policy may change over time to comply with applicable laws as well as our  practices and other means without out any further notices.
